Webmaster Resources: Web DesignersMany who hold the position or title of webmaster are often responsible for performing and/or managing all aspects of their web projects, which include server and email administration, programming, customer service AND design. But if you are part of an Information Technology department or server admin or programmer then chances are you interact with those who do design only. There is a reason for that. The biggest difference between a designer and an admin person is creative ability. A designer can be or is often forced be a webmaster, but the ability to create professional designs interpreted from a customer's vision is not really something that can't easily be learned.
